This apartment rental is at RM 180 per night, however, during peak time, especially school holidays and festive seasons the rental will be at RM 200 per night. Cooking is allowed, basic kitchen utensils are provided.

Room 2 - One double bed, extra matteresses and pillows, fan and air-conditioning, can accommodate 2-4 persons. Cupboard with dressing table. RM 80 per night.

Bilik 2 - Satu katil berkembar, bantal dan tilam tambahan, kipas anagin beserta penghawa dingin, boleh muat 2-4 orang. Almari dengan meja solek. RM 80 semalam.

Room 3- One double bed, fan, cupboard and dressing table, can accommodate 2-5 persons, RM 70 per night.

Bilik 3 - Satu katil berkembar, kipas angin, almari berserta meja solek, boleh memuatkan 2-5 orang, RM 70 semalam. 

Room 4 -Double bed and one single bed, dressing table and cupboard, ceiling fan. Basically can accommodate 4-5 persons. One large mattresses with 10 pillows. RM 100 per night. 

Bilik 4 - Satu katil berkembar dan satu katil bujang, meja solek beserta almari, kipas siling. Boleh memuatkan 4-5 orang. Satu tilam besar tambahan dengan 10 bantal. RM 100 semalam.
